Facilities

The Pennbrooke community pool is located in the center of the neighborhood, adjacent to the tennis facility. It is a Junior-Olympic sized, multi-purpose pool with the capacity for everything from competition to a lazy day in the Georgia sun. Pennbrooke has a swim team made up form the children in the community who compete against teams from other area neighborhoods. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables for all of the members of the neighborhood to enjoy.

The pool is open from May through September each year. Pennbrooke employs a full-time lifeguard during peak pool hours, with a swim-at-your-own-risk policy during the remainder of each day. Hours are available on the homeowner pages. Restroom facilities are available in the pool house. Access to the pool is restricted to homeowners and their guests.
